We’re one step ahead of the pack – doing all the legwork without charging the earth while we’re at it.

We don’t deal in exorbitant commission fees or offer you a low fee then hit you with extra charges for all that important stuff like a signboard, photos and floor plans. And, unlike some agencies, we don’t make our customers pay for accompanied viewings. We work on making sure our fee is really competitive for you and because we operate a ‘no sale – no fee’ policy you won’t pay us a single penny  – so you don’t pay us a single penny unless we get you the results.

All our properties are listed on Right Move, Zoopla and all the other major portals where prospective buyers and tenants are looking. We have a dedicated team who work super-hard to sell your house as quickly and smoothly as possible. And we’re local experts so we know the area like the back of our hand.

You’re welcome to come in and talk to us. We’re not a faceless online agency, or a big-name brand with a High Street address (and the fees to match). We’re an independent estate agent with an office in Toddington where we’re always happy to have a chat over a coffee.

COVID Working Policy

In these strange times, your safety is our priority.

• With COVID-19 still in the community, our aim is to ensure your safety during your move both in our office and at your home. As such, we have introduced the following COVID-19 Working Policy.
  • • We have completed a COVID-19 Risk Assessment for our office and for your home when on viewings and valuations. You can view this Risk Assessment here.
  • • All surfaces in our offices are cleaned regularly and we have provided hand sanitizers for customers and our staff.
  • • Our office has been specially laid out so everyone can safely follow social distancing and we require face coverings to be worn in both our office and at your home.
  • • We have been keeping a record of all staff, contractors and clients for 21 days in line with the NHS Track and Trace service.
  • • We offer video viewings and video valuations to reduce face-to-face meetings as much as possible.
  • • If you have any coronavirus symptoms, no matter how mild, we will turn you away from our office.
  • • To avoid crowding, we have put in place an appointment only system in our office and when on viewings.
These policies are in-line with the Government advice and are backed up by law. Our aim has always been to help you move home, and by following these COVID working policies we can ensure we can keep you safe during your move.
